中共党员，北京理工大学管理学博士，美国耶鲁大学（Yale University）联合培养博士，目前主要研究兴趣互联网+医疗健康、大数据驱动的健康行为与管理、信息系统、社交媒体、健康经济与政策管理等。发表SCI/SSCI等学术论文10余篇，主持中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金资助项目1项，参与国家自然科学基金、北京市自然科学基金等课题5项，担任《Transport Review》、《Transport Policy》、《Journal of Environment Management》、《Environmental Pollution》等多个国际期刊匿名审稿人。
